The Handler Models
Spend more time spraying and less time loading.
With four convenient sizes, there is a Handler model for everyone that sprays. Small operations will enjoy the quickness and versatility of the 15 Gallon Handler I. Medium to large size operations will benefit from the additional size of the 42 Gallon Handler II or the 70 Gallon Handler III. Large operations, custom applicators or aerial applicators will enjoy the ability to batch, or pre-mix loads in the larger volume Handlers including the 70 Gallon Handler III or the huge 230 Gallon Handler IV. Each option is customizable with a series of accessories that will help the Handler fit even better with any operation.

Handler I
With a capacity of 15 US gallons, the Handler I-i15 is the smallest Handler and is designed primarily for direct induction of chemical into sprayers. The Handler I is available as a free standing unit (shown) or frame mount model and is a popular factory installed addition to some of the top sprayers on the market today.
The Handler I-i15 also features a special venturi designed for small sprayers with capacities of less than 300 gallons.
Handler II
With a capacity of 42 US gallons, the Handler II allows the user to batch mix everything from liquids to dry products and powders, as well as directly induct chemical into the sprayer as you see fit. Plus its size and accurate calibration makes the Handler II the perfect unit for metering from bulk containers and barrels. The Handler II has a standard single nozzle agitation system and is the smallest Handler available with optional 3″ plumbing.
Handler III
The Handler III comes standard with the innovative Banjo threadless manifold system. Easier assembly, fewer leaks, user friendly options – you’ll wonder why you ever used threaded fittings in the first place? The Handler pictured left shows the optional pump package.
The 70 gallon capacity of the Handler III allows the user to batch mix everything from liquids to dry flowables and powders, as well as directly induct chemical through a venturi while the sprayer is being filled. The Handler III is also used to meter from bulk containers and barrels, eliminating the need for slow and inaccurate flow meters. The Handler III is available with a pump mounting frame and comes with the RotoFlush tank rinse nozzles to prevent contamination of products.
Handler IV
The Handler IV is definitely the biggest and the baddest batch and induction tank on the market today. 2” agitators, two lids, 3” manifold fittings, full draining cone-bottomed tank, convenient forklift-ready base and containment tray… the large ground operator, the aerial applicator and the commercial user all love the versatility of the Handler IV.
With a working capacity of 230 US gallons, the Handler IV allows the user to batch mix everything from liquids to dry flowables and powders, plus it can be used to meter from bulk containers. The Handler IV has a standard 2” two nozzle agitiation system and comes complete with all the plumbing required for recirculation with 3” lines, plus a RotoFlush tank rinse nozzle to prevent product contamination. The bottom of the Handler IV is sloped for full drainage, and a special bulkhead is at the bottom of each tank to ensure complete drainage. With the Handler IV you can fill your sprayer in less time and save money.
NOTE: The Handler IV does not have a venturi.
