Bandit Liquid Distribution Kits

  • Features the patented flow divider commonly called “the Pot”
  • Distribution of liquid fertilizer with uniformity that meets or exceeds all pressure systems
  • Rate changes are quick and easy with only one nozzle per pot to be changed – NOT an orifice for every run!
  • Handles both clear and suspension fertilizers with no risk of plugging
  • Quick and easy to mount to virtually any implement

Two of the major improvements Polywest has added to the original Green Drop pots are new drip free pots and new low-profile pots. Theses drip-less pots are vented through a tube which, when inverted for transport, prevents the pot from dripping residual fertilizer onto your equipment. The low-profile pots now make mounting a Bandit Liquid Kit on today’s larger equipment even easier, especially on 5 section tool bars. The new low profile pot reduces standpipe height by 50% with NO change to the in-field functioning of the system. You can order you new system with either the original pot or the newer low-profile version.

As a result of extensive research and testing on the Bandit Liquid Kits in past years, we are now equipping kits with a new and larger 1-1/2” manifold system to “feed” the Bandit Flow Dividers (“pots”). The new manifold consists of 1-1/2” hose with teed outlets to feed each pot, replacing the 3/4” manifold and hose which was originally supplied in the kits.

Why Go Unpressurized?

  • Reduced stress on your ground-drive pump
  • Reduced stress and wear on the ground-drive system for the pump (particularly the sprockets)
  • More accurate measurement of the pressure being delivered to the Flow Divider, so that your rate calculations and pump settings will become more meaningful.

In short, the Bandit System means longer life for your pump, longer service from your caddy’s pump-drive system and more accurate delivery of liquid to the soil.

What Do You Need?

* 1 COMPLETE BANDIT LIQUID KIT = 1 MASTERKIT + (X) RUNKITS *

Each Bandit Liquid Kit includes an assembly and instruction manual, all of the hose, all mounting brackets and accessories and all of the parts needed to completely equip  any implement:

  • For each Kit, one MasterKit is required. It determines the number of “pots” you will receive in your kit. It supplies all the parts necessary to mount the Kit and connect it to your fertilizer caddy – pressure gauge, gauge dampener, gauge mounting kit, manifold to distribute liquid to the Bandit Flow Divider “pots”, all fittings, all hose.
  • Simply choose how many Flow Dividers (pots) will be best suited for the cultivator or air-seeder (usually 3-5) and the total number of runs required. The number of pots you require determines which MasterKit to order (ie. MK-1, MK-2, MK-3, MK-4, MK-5 or MK-6). To determine which RunKits to order, divide the total number of runs you need by the number of flow Dividers you have selected.
  • Then, simply add RunKits to reach the total number of runs needed for your air seeder or cultivator.

FOR BEST PERFORMANCE, KEEP THE NUMBER OF RUNS PER POT THE SAME, OR IN THE CASE OF ODD NUMBERS, WITHIN ONE RUN OF EACH OTHER.

Some examples:

  • 43 run Bandit Kit: needs one MK-3 MasterKit, two 14 RunKits and one 15 RunKit.
  • 60 run Bandit Kit: needs one MK-5 MasterKit and five 12 RunKits or one MK-4 MasterKit and four 15 RunKits.
